I bought my North River 3 years ago from Erie Marine. I have owned boats for 55 yrs. This is the best boat I have ever owned. Recently I had a mfg defect on my 9.9 Yamaha kicker motor, this needed a dealer with well trained mechanics and skill to fix this problem. I drove the 300 miles to get this attention for my motor. No local Marine dealers would touch the problem. Rodney in service went to bat for me appealing to Yamaha. He requested at least 50 different photos for Yamaha to warranty the problem. Rodney and the mechanics are well worth the drive to get the problem fixed. It is great to know I have a "complete" team dedicated to service when needed. I purchased a Hewescraft Alaskan from Erie Marine Sales. Jason was excellent to work with. This was a big purchase for our family and I had a million questions.  He was so patient and answered every question honestly and accurately. If he didn’t know that answer he figured it out and got back to me right away.  Rodney and Anthony were super friendly and knowledgeable and thorough when it came to rigging the boat. They took the time and installed it the right way. Everything was thought out and placed perfectly.  The whole business goes above and beyond to make sure that your purchasing experience is excellent. We are so impressed with the boat but even more blown away by the follow through after the sale to ensure that we are happy with our purchase and that we are taken care of. I flew in from Rogers Arkansas.   My flight was delayed and we arrived very late. Not to mention the renal car. All that quickly went away after meeting Jason in person.   He was very accommodating and met us without question even though it was very late.  They made the buying experience seamless.  I had them deliver the boat to Rogers.   Dave was very professional.   He communicated throughout the 872 mile trip.  Delivered the rig timely and in perfect condition!    I highly recommend buying a boat at Erie Marine Sales. This is the gold standard in our area for boat dealers. Zero pressure, answered all of my questions gave fair and honest options of each make and model. I work crazy hours and they stayed well past closing numerous times and even opened up on a Sunday just for me to look. Couldn't be happier with the experience with Erie Marine. I recently purchased a North River boat from Erie Marine Sales. I did some shopping around at different places but kept coming back to Erie. Their customer service was everything you could ask for, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable on everything that they sell. In my opinion they go above and beyond to make sure that your purchasing experience is top notch! We came from out of state and the staff even gave us recommendations on where to stay for the night when we got in.
