Recently I had a mfg defect on my 9.9 Yamaha kicker motor, this needed a dealer with well trained mechanics and skill to fix this problem. I drove the 300 miles to get this attention for my motor. No local Marine dealers would touch the problem. Rodney in service went to bat for me appealing to Yamaha. He requested at least 50 different photos for Yamaha to warranty the problem. Rodney and the mechanics are well worth the drive to get the problem fixed. It is great to know I have a "complete" team dedicated to service when needed. Thanks again Rodney and Erie Marine.

This was a big purchase for our family and I had a million questions.  He was so patient and answered every question honestly and accurately. If he didn’t know that answer he figured it out and got back to me right away.  Rodney and Anthony were super friendly and knowledgeable and thorough when it came to rigging the boat. They took the time and installed it the right way. Everything was thought out and placed perfectly.  The whole business goes above and beyond to make sure that your purchasing experience is excellent. We are so impressed with the boat but even more blown away by the follow through after the sale to ensure that we are happy with our purchase and that we are taken care of. All that quickly went away after meeting Jason in person.   He was very accommodating and met us without question even though it was very late.  They made the buying experience seamless.  I had them deliver the boat to Rogers.   Dave was very professional.   He communicated throughout the 872 mile trip.  Delivered the rig timely and in perfect condition!
